Dental Receptionist – Specialty Dental Practice

We are a well-established specialty dental practice offering endodontics, periodontics, dental implants, and general dentistry , and we’re looking for a professional, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team. If you take pride in delivering exceptional service and keeping a busy front office running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Ensure provider schedules — including specialists and general dentists — remain full and efficient
• Support a positive, high-accountability team environment
• Manage patient appointment scheduling, confirmations, and adjustments across multiple specialties
• Handle billing, payment collections, and end-of-day financial reconciliation
• Develop trusting relationships with patients to support comfort and long-term loyalty
• Resolve patient concerns and internal issues calmly, promptly, and professionally
• Represent the practice with a polished, friendly, and organized front desk presence
• Balance multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced, multi-specialty setting

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare front office role, preferably within a specialty practice
• Eaglesoft or Dentrix knowledge required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex treatment plans clearly
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
• A patient-centered approach and a commitment to exceptional service
