Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Compensation: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
Morshed Dentistry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our professional and patient-focused team in Santa Monica. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled front office professional with strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance coordination, and patient scheduling.

Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
Manage multi-line phone system and appointment scheduling
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Submit and track dental insurance claims
Handle billing, collections, and patient account management
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate treatment plans and communicate financial options
Ensure smooth daily front office operations
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Front Office Coordinator
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims processing
Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
Competitive hourly pay: $35 – $40 per hour
