Serra Honda Grandville

Serra Honda Grandville is looking for experienced detailers that want to work on a flat rate pay scale and increase their earnings or hourly employees who are just starting out and want to be part of a dynamic organization that has plenty of work. We clean and detail all of our used cars and have plenty of work with immediate openings.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of detailing a vehicle for our lot or delivery.
• Help with the cleaning of customer, service and stock vehicles.
• Be able to take direction as assigned and help with various lot duties.
• Maintain a clean work environment and professional appearance.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while performing quality work at all times.
• Be accountable for your efforts and your attendance.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening.
• Be able to pay attention to detail, capable of following instructions and have a positive attitude and ability to provide excellent service.
• Able to stand on feet and bend over/up and down during entire shift.
• Ability to understand safety requirements and wear proper safety equipment as needed.
• Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
