Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a team of detailers who complete rebar drawings for construction projects Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks Organize and maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects Provide assistance as needed to customers, sales representatives, and detailers Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays that may arise Research and resolve issues such as reported discrepancies between initial estimates and shop drawings Pull monthly productivity reports from ASA (rebar program) Interpret blueprints and drawings Additional duties as assigned Experience & Skill Requirements: Prior experience or working knowledge with AutoCAD or similar program is strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented mindset Strong basic math skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel) #J-18808-Ljbffr JMS Rebar Inc.
