Job Summary

A modern, growth-oriented dental practice is seeking an experienced and professional  Front Office Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator to join its team. This position plays a central role in patient scheduling, insurance communication, and daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental front office administration, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both clinical and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling efficiently to optimize provider productivity and patient flow.
• Handle insurance verification, claims processing, and correspondence (including refund checks and documentation).
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, vendors, and team members.
• Support clinical workflow by maintaining accurate records and coordinating treatment appointments.
• Uphold the practice’s high standards of customer service and patient experience.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Practice Overview

• Modern facility equipped with  CBCT scanner ,  intraoral cameras , and  aesthetic, updated operatories (with additional updates planned, including new flooring and paint).
• Provider performs implants and advanced restorative dentistry, offering a dynamic clinical setting.

• Leadership style: non-micromanaging, supportive, and focused on accountability and clear communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience.
• Proficient in dental software systems and insurance correspondence.
• Strong grammar, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take direction and align with practice protocols.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-oriented mind
