Compensation : $33.00 -  $41.00/hr

Principal Accountabilities

• Responsible for the maintenance, repair, upgrade, and appearance of all Ammonia and Freon Refrigeration and environmental equipment in the facilityUsing hand tools to perform maintenance on machinery
• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Willingness to complete Hazmat training
• Using hand tools to perform maintenance on machinery
• Ensuring food safety and quality
• Cleanliness and housekeeping
• Maintenance of electrical and control circuits associated with refrigeration equipment
• Coil and equipment cleaning
• Maintenance of Evaporative Condenser Units
• Repair and maintenance of Freon condenser and evaporator coils
• Repair/Replace fan motors and fan blades
• Install and repair various valves and other components in ammonia systems
• Use math to document changes in the system levels, pressures, etc.
• Use computer to complete data entry
• Maintaining a safe working environment

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous HVAC experience
• RETA CARO certification
• Previous Cargill experience
• Must have at least 6 months of maintenance experience
• Must have 1 year industrial maintenance experience or a minimum 7-month technical training
