Responsibilities Residential and move-out cleaning Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed tasks Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists Working independently or as part of a small team Skills Required Reliable and punctual (this is extremely important to us) Strong attention to detail Physically able to clean for several hours Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes Able to follow instructions and checklists Positive attitude and willingness to learn Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people Requirements Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Smartphone (for scheduling and communication) Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Work With SD Sparkle?
