Salary: $18-$28/hr plus Commission DOE

Duties and Responsibilities

You will perform residential and light-commercial HVAC system maintenance, repairs, a diagnostics in accordance with our companys high-quality service standards while providing the customer with a 5-star experience.

• Perform detailed and accurate system diagnostics
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Create repair estimates, propose options, and ask for the sale
• Execute repair work with skill and precision
• Photograph equipment and components before and after repair
• Record measurements and data on diagnostic forms
• Identify preventative and enhancement solutions, create estimates, and propose
• Requisition parts and materials
• Maintain clean and orderly vehicle
• Other duties as assigned

Abilities, Skills & Knowhow

• Proficiency in charging and recovering refrigerant
• Proficiency in advanced refrigeration cycle diagnostics
• Proficiency trouble-shooting electrical components and circuits
• Proficiency in airflow and ECM motor diagnostics
• Proficiency with gas heating diagnostics and repair
• Proficiency with heat pumps, defrost cycle, reversing valves, and TXVs
• Proficiency with ductless, two-stage, and variable capacity technology
• Proficiency in brazing, pressure testing, and vacuuming
• Ability to proficiently problem solve in dynamic and stressful environments
• Ability to handle a physical workload in demanding environments
• Ability to efficiently repair equipment in fast-paced environment
• Confident social skills
• Positive and enthusiastic

Required Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 6-months previous related experience or skilled training program
• 
  Must maintain a valid drivers license and be insurable by the Companys insurance carrier
• 
  Must maintain the ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• 
  Must have an EPA Certification
