Seeking a part-time seasonal Legal Assistant, the successful candidate will work remotely for approximately 20-24 hours per week from August 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, focusing on reviewing and organizing requests for the legal team, entering data, and performing related administrative tasks. Key responsibilities: Review and analyze emails from the legal team to identify questions and contract requests from various departments Compile and organize request information into a clear report, including relevant details such as dates and deadlines Enter contract information into databases and assist with other legal team administrative tasks as needed Required qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience as a legal or corporate executive assistant or in a similar role Basic understanding of corporate contracting processes and legal requirements related to contracts Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel Ability to learn and operate various software and operational programs, such as Salesforce and DocuSign
