An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist to join its onsite Revenue Management team in West Palm Beach . This full-time, in-office role offers the chance to work in a dynamic legal environment with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and edit high-volume client invoices using Aderant
Submit e-bills via E-billing Hub and manage rejections, reductions, and appeals
Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and support documentation
Respond to billing inquiries and handle special projects as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of legal billing experience
Strong Excel skills; experience with Aderant, Elite/3E, and e-billing platforms preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work onsite with flexibility for occasional overtime
Compensation:
$65,000-$80,000 per year
