As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team. Position Overview The Personal Assistant will play a vital role in supporting various store operations, ensuring our facilities run smoothly, and assisting the leadership team with administrative tasks. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our store's success. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize the owner’s calendar, appointments, and communications. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally. Assist with the Office Manager with various projects. Act as an administrative support to the leadership team, handling scheduling, communication, and documentation. Qualifications Proven experience as a personal or administrative assistant (experience in retail or mobile phone industry preferred). Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a busy environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
