QUALIFICATIONS: 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum education to include Mat and Reformer) Ability to use a contemporary approach to classical exercises Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills Proven group Reformer instruction abilities Professional and effective communication skills Willingness to evolve with new developments in Pilates and fitness Passion for learning and attending continued education trainings and seminars Punctuality and reliability CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure proper and safe use of Pilates equipment during classes (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, Magic Circle, etc.) Demonstrate anatomical knowledge, focusing on safety and providing modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations Implement Club Pilates education standards consistently Create safe, effective, and challenging class plans Provide Pilates instruction for intro classes, group apparatus classes, private, and semi-private training Perform any other duties as assigned DO PILATES.
