Perry Hall Heating & Air Conditioning is looking to add a seasonal office staff member to our team as we head into the busy cooling season. This is a great opportunity for a college student looking to gain experience working in a professional office setting. A typical workday would include answering and directing incoming phone calls, scheduling service calls, processing customer's payments, and organizing/ filing previous service tickets. No previous experience required but previous customer service experience in the retail or food service industry is helpful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Answer incoming phone calls, schedule service appointments, process payments.

· Filing and Organizing Work Tickets.

· Assist with preparing and mailing monthly billing.

· Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and office staff both in person and through the phone/email.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· High School Diploma/GED; candidates working towards a degree in a business or communications related major preferred.
