Who We Are:

We are an end-to-end renewable energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance.

Requirements:

• General tasks include concrete; forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, finishing
• Generally working with Conduit PVC, EMT, Underground, and overhead
• Install transformers/switchboards
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
• Load and unload building materials and equipment
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction
• Operate and control heavy-duty equipment and machinery like Bobcat, backhoe, excavator, etc.
• Build or take apart bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures
• Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions provided by management.
• Operating experience in backhoes and forklifts a plus

Qualifications:

• Experience in performing general labor and construction
• Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate in more than one language
• Familiarity with how to read blueprints

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Zero Impact Builders (ZIB) is the construction and field execution arm of the Zero Impact Energy platform, delivering civil infrastructure and on-the-ground services required to deploy and maintain EV charging systems at scale. ZIB is responsible for preparing sites, supporting installation, and ensuring long-term system performance through active field operations. Core capabilities include:

• Site preparation and civil construction for EV charging projects
• Trenching, conduit routing, and underground infrastructure
• Concrete work, equipment pads, and structural foundations
• Coordination with utilities, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Operations and maintenance, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and uptime support

Our crews operate across California, working closely with electrical, engineering, and project management teams to move projects efficiently from site readiness through installation and ongoing service. As part of a vertically integrated platform, ZIB plays a critical role in both deployment and long-term performance. By combining construction and field service under one team, we reduce delays, improve accountability, and maintain higher system uptime across our projects. ZIB is built for execution in the field.
