We are looking for an entry-level Salesforce Developer to contribute to the ongoing development, customization, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for individuals in the early stages of their Salesforce careers who are eager to expand their technical skills while working under the mentorship of experienced developers and administrators. This is a long-term contract position based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Salesforce features using declarative tools and entry-level custom coding.
• Support the creation and refinement of Apex classes, triggers, and minor bug fixes.
• Modify and maintain Lightning components under the guidance of senior team members.
• Write and manage basic Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and page layouts to meet business needs.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities to ensure smooth functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with business users to gather and refine requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all development work.• Foundational knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its data model.
• Basic experience with Apex programming and an understanding of governor limits.
• Familiarity with the Lightning Experience interface and standard Salesforce features.
• Exposure to Salesforce development through formal education, bootcamps, internships, or hands-on projects.
• Understanding of sandbox environments and the principles of deployment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a desire to learn and improve.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
