Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Software Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. In this role, you will consult on and participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives. You will contribute to large-scale planning, analyze complex challenges, and collaborate with team members to meet project deliverables. The position focuses on .NET Core, cloud technologies, and modernizing legacy systems.
Responsibilities: - Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables
- Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables
- Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering
Requirements: - 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience with .NET Core, Angular, Web API, and RESTful API design
- 2+ years of experience with Google Apigee and SQL Server
- 2+ years of experience in SQL Database
- 2+ years of strong knowledge of Autosys and OpenShift (OCP)
- 3 years of working in an agile development methodology
- 1+ years of Kafka Platform experience
Desired skills: - Understanding of AI technology
- Experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native/containerized environments
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling
Pay range: $54.00 - $61.00 per Hour
