Structural BIM Specialist SR (Civil Engineer) As a Structural BIM Specialist (Civil Engineer), you will create accurate and detailed BIM models for structural components, primarily concrete and steel infrastructures, and site fences. Your tasks include reviewing project specifications and design information to ensure constructible, precise, and high‑quality models, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the final product meets client expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop accurate structural and civil BIM models using Revit, with Navisworks for coordination; experience with Civil 3D is a strong plus. Interpret and analyze project documents—including structural drawings, specifications, and submittals—to ensure accuracy and constructibility. Identify and resolve potential clashes during modeling and coordination with other disciplines. Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated BIM solutions. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in structural and civil modeling within BIM projects. Proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks and Civil 3D is desirable. Degree in Civil Engineering. Proficient or advanced level of English (spoken and written). Candidate Profile Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
