You\'ll partner with engineers, designers, and field crews to bring infrastructure and development projects to life across Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage survey projects across all phases - planning, field operations, QA/QC, and final deliverables Coordinate closely with engineering and design teams on transportation and infrastructure projects Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules Ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulatory standards Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight Maintain strong client relationships and represent the surveying group in meetings What You Bring PLS license (Massachusetts or ability to obtain quickly) 5-15+ years of land surveying experience, including project management Strong experience with transportation projects, ROW, and infrastructure layouts Knowledge of Massachusetts land use and permitting Experience with water or utility systems is a plus, but not required Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills You\'ll have the autonomy to lead impactful survey projects while working within a firm that truly values its employees.
