Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) specializing in Operating Room Technology (ORT) to support a high-volume surgical center. This travel assignment is based in Claremont, NH, offering the chance to work in a 26-suite, state-of-the-art Operating Room complex that supports a diverse patient populationfrom neonates to geriatrics. The surgical specialties include ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neurosurgery, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic procedures.

Shift Schedule:

• 11:00 AM 11:30 PM
• Off-shift and on-call commitment: 45 shifts per 13-week contract, which may include weekday nights and weekend day/night shifts

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BLS certification required
• National Certification as a Surgical Technologist is mandatory
• Must obtain NH Medical Technologist licensure upon acceptance
• Previous experience in a fast-paced operating room environment supporting multiple surgical specialties
• Ability to fulfill off-shift and on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment and supplies for various surgical procedures
• Assist surgical teams during inpatient and outpatient operations, ensuring aseptic technique and patient safety
• Maintain sterile field and manage surgical instruments efficiently
• Support diverse patient care needs across all age groups
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for seamless surgical workflow
