About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales and Business Development to spearhead its go-to-market strategy and execution. This pivotal role involves closing high-touch, multi-stakeholder deals, building a high-performing sales organization, and expanding into new verticals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, strategic sales executive with a proven track record of selling to government agencies, utilities, and other regulated industries. Responsibilities include owning and driving revenue capture, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and leading a team to meet sales goals. The successful candidate will be a climate tech native, with a deep understanding of the sector and a background in environmental science, public policy, or sustainability.
