We are a Phoenix office that services all of the Valley Weekend Scheduler We are currently seeking a highly reliable, flexible Weekend Scheduler. This position is great for someone who is a self-starter and pays close attention to detail. Pay & Schedule $20-$22 per hour + ON CALL BONUS - $100 per night Part-Time Saturday & Sunday 7a-7p Primarily on-call FULLY REMOTE POSITION Requirements Scheduling experience Must have Level 1 Finger Clearance Card or be able to obtain one. Must be 18 years or older. Knowledge of KanTime and homecare a plus Working knowledge with computers Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of HIPAA rules & regulations. Maintain a high level of accuracy in scheduling. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in charts for all correspondence involving patient care. Check messages regularly throughout the day.
