We are looking for a Working Detail Manager to lead and elevate our detail department while continuing to build a strong, reliable team. What This Role Is: This is a hands on leadership position. You will be working alongside the team, detailing vehicles while also managing workflow, quality, and accountability. This is not a sit behind a desk job. Responsibilities: Preform vehicle detailing (interior & exterior) to dealership standards Lead daily operations of the detail department Manage workflow for used car recon and new car make-ready Ensure all vehicles meet quality and delivery standards Train and mentor team members Help recruit and build a strong and dependable team Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in the department Communicate clearly with Sales and Service Teams What We're Looking For: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong work ethic and willingness to lead by example Proven ability to stay organized and follow through li> Attention to detail and pride in your work Leadership mindset-someone who takes ownership Automotive detailing experience preferred Experience managing or leading a team is a plus What Matters Here: We have team members who have been with for decades.
