As part of our rapid U.S. growth, We are seeking a Service Product Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) to support the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of HVAC and refrigeration systems operating across both service and field operations. Joining the Service team, this role acts as a key link between service, engineering, and operations by addressing technical issues, improving product performance based on field feedback, and ensuring systems meet operational and customer expectations.


An overview of your responsibilities!

  • Lead technical troubleshooting and provide advanced support across service operations and field activities
  • Drive root cause investigations for recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Partner with logistics, procurement, and engineering to influence and implement improvements based on field feedback
  • Support training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer and consistent field execution
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize field service documentation, SOPs, and technical standards to improve consistency and execution
  • Modify product drawings (CAD) to reflect field insights and service improvements
  • Identify gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need, among other things!
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical systems, preferably with mission-critical products such as CRAH units, chillers, or HVAC systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience within service or field environments
  • Practical knowledge of construction, general contractor, site and installation dynamics
  • Experience with testing, data analysis, and performance validation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally within a service-driven organization
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
