Purpose Of This Position:
At Perfect My Home (PMH), we are seeking a motivated Shop Hand / Delivery Driver to join our growing team in the Hot Tub Department. This entry-level, hands-on position plays an important role in supporting the daily operations and overall efficiency of our shop overall. Responsibilities may include loading and unloading products, materials, and assisting with hot tub equipment. In addition, this position will be helping manage general materials throughout the shop. A key function of this role is assisting with hot tub deliveries and transporting materials to customer locations. This position will also support maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop facility and surrounding service yard, helping ensure our team has the resources and environment needed to operate efficiently. In order to be qualified to be covered under the company insurance plan in order to drive a company vehicle, individual must be at least 21 years of age and have a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in construction or general labor is a plus.

In the performance of their respective tasks and duties, all Shop Hands are expected to meet the following requirements:
Special requirements:
A valid Oklahoma Class "D" Operator's License is required, along with the ability to drive a company-provided vehicle and eligibility for company motor vehicle coverage.
Safety:
The employee shall be knowledgeable about and follow PMHs safety policies and procedures. The Shop Hand should possess or be open to ongoing training in job and service shop site safety practices. Employees should immediately report (i.e., during current shift) any accidents, unusual occurrences, or any other safety-related issues to the immediate supervisor.
Work Environment:
This position primarily takes place in a construction environment, exposing the employee to varying temperatures, including heat and cold. The employee is expected to maintain regular attendance at work and is consistently on time. Normal office hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm, but may vary based on business needs. Work hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays, if business needs. This includes any approved adjustments to work hours arranged for necessary outreach events.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or reach with hands and arms, to talk or hear. The employee may occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Employees should use proper lifting techniques and, if necessary, seek assistance or use equipment to minimize the risk of injury. Additionally, employees should be physically capable of performing these tasks safely.
Benefits and Compensation:
PMH offers a competitive salary and benefits package. This position will have the opportunity for training and professional development. The position will be considered a non-exempt (hourly) position and the pay will be based on the employees qualifications and experience. The minimum starting wage is $20.00 an hour as an hourly, non-exempt role.
