Job Summary:

We're building a dedicated Talent Pool for Pediatric Therapy Services to connect with exceptional professionals who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential. By applying, you'll be considered for future therapist openings across our Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Physical Therapy (PT) teams at our Higgins and Lullwood campuses.

This posting is not for an immediate opening. However, joining our talent pool ensures you'll be among the first to hear when new therapy positions become available.

Responsibilities (May Include):
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to children in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized interventions aligned with each child's goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation that meets state, federal, and organizational standards.
  • Partner with families, caregivers, and team members to support progress and developmental outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications

Required (All Disciplines):
  • A passion for working with children and families.
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
SLP Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility.
OT Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current state licensure or eligibility.
PT Requirements:
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility.

Required: Degreed and current Texas Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access as well as Adobe. Bilingual in Spanish. Preferred: Prior experience in ECI, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a family-centered service organization.
